Do you know yet whether DOA will work with the free version of Turbo Delphi?

We don't know yet, but we're looking into it now.

Then you just have to purchase the Turbo Delphi "Professional" edition (which will have no limit to install third-party components). Only the free Turbo Delphi Explorer has the "frozen" component palette
