trouble logging into plsqldeveloper

when I try logging into Plsqldeveloper after i enter my password, There is an empty dialog box and after that it just doesn't let me proceed.

Any help is appreciated.

Can you start PL/SQL Developer without connecting, go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?

Hi Renu

I recently installed Vista myself and had the same issue. You need to install Oracle 10.2.0.3 Vista client and not 10.2.0.1 Windows client.
