This is from the PC where I installed PLSD and not the other PC on my LAN.
So I go to Tools / Preferences and tweak some settings and I see the little indicator to the left change to green - meaning this value is from my preferences. After clicking OK, I came back to Preferences and I tried clicking a green indicator and it switched back to black, but the setting didn't change - when I click OK and come back in the value is changed to the default value. I feel like once the indicator changes the value should also.
Also, I think along the same line, I change the drop down from my user default to System Default I see that the indicator for options that I have changed stays green, but the value changes (I assume that is to show me which options are being overridden by the user?)
