Toolbar Icons too small under screen resolution 3840x2160

Hi,
It seems the screen resolution of my laptop is causing the PLSQL Developer to be unusable. My laptop is new Dell XPS 15 with resolution of 3840x2160, windows 10. The PLSQLDeveloper startup screen appear very tiny (almost impossible to see the content) and once logged in the tool bar icons are literally like dots.

I don't mind the login screens being tine, but Is there a way to sort of enlarge these size of these toolbar buttons please?

Everything should scale properly, except images on buttons. For the toolbar you can enable the Large Icons option to make them twice as large. For the upcoming version 12 everything will scale properly.

There is a "LargeIcons" setting in toolbar.ini (thanks Marco) which helps a little, though it still didn't seem quite right when I tried it at home. (My current site is currently years away from HD monitors so it's not a real issue for me yet.)

I am using Large Icons but unfortunately it only made slight change from normal size. I think there should be option to increase the icons to your preference. I can't simply afford to ditch my laptop because of the software. I am now down to looking for alternative software until this is sorted.
