Toolbar icons disappear under Vista

Hi all,

I recently changed to Windows Vista (clean install) for my workstation.

I use PL/SQL Developer 7.1.4.1390 and ever since using Vista my toolbar icons will disappear, the icons is displayed as all white icons but the icon mask remains and I can see the gray background of the toolbar.

Knowing where what icon is help and seeing the outline of the icon gives clues, however this is very irritating, I usually have about 5-7 instances of PL/SQL Developer open at a time, and this problem will manifest to varying degrees on different instances.

It would be nice if I could find a solutions to this problem.

Do you have any idea how to reproduce this problem?

This sometimes happens right after a restart and sometimes when I have been using the machine for a couple of hours.

Other than that I have no idea how to consistently reproduce the problem.
