I raised this in the Rel 9 Beta forum, but it is still there in the final Rel 9 version. When a new TODO is added to a source file, it does not appear in the TODO list accessed via the Project\To-Do items... menu option. However, if I right-click in the source file and then click the To-Do Items\Show List option, the TODO item does appear in the window that is display.
The 2 options appear to display different windows. The window accessed via the right click option (which does show the added TODO item) is tabbed with the Window List window. The window accessed via the Project option (which does not show the added TODO item) is the Project Options window on which the To-Do items list is the last tab of 4.
