todo: command "Reload" program

When we have group work in one scheme or we have procesing code that can modify database objects, we sometimes have problem: opened in program window source of view or package have older text, then in database.

Command "Reload from database" for opened packages and other texts - that what i need in this case.

There are single automatic request to reload on file changed. Command "Reload from disk", in addition to requested by me "Reload from database", can be usefull too after skiping this (sometimes untimely) request.

Perhaps we can add this to the upcoming 9.0 version.
