TO-DO Item Editor

I am unable to edit a To-Do item via the To-Do Item editor. I can open the item in the editor but it does not allow me to make changes. Am I missing a configuration setting somewhere or is this a bug? I am working with a package, .spc file.

Perhaps the package file is read-only? Otherwise you should be able to right-click in the editor and select "To-Do Items > Add Item..." to add an item.

Okay that works. I was trying to use the TODO list editor in the project items window.
