Text Keyconfig List? Prefs file Keycode Translation?

I _love_ the key configurations.

I'd like to customize them, but can't see enough of them on the screen or sort by keystroke to see whether I'm conflicting with another function.

is there a text list of bindable functions available?

where can I find a way to translate the config file numbers for key bindings into their spoken keystroke names?

You will get a warning when you assign a key that is already in use. Translation of the key "numbers" to a description is done with a "ShortCutToText" function, why do you need that?
