I use Text Importer frequently. It is common to find string data in the source file that is too long for the destination table, causing an error message to pop up and ask if I want to continue? Of course, I click No. At this point, the Commit/Rollback buttons are disabled. I then switch to a Command window to alter that table column and start over. I find at that point that I cannot alter the table because Text Importer has it locked. If I switch back to Text Importer, the Commit/Rollback are magically enabled and I can click Rollback, fix the column, and restart. The Commit/Rollback buttons should be enabled after an error.
