Test window: Don't allow to Paste into Value when Type is Cursor, Clob,...

Just a very small annoyance.

In a Test window, we are not allowed to edit the Value of a bind variable when it's type is Cursor or Clob or... That's very good.

But I'm still allowed to Paste (Ctrl-V) content into it. A bit strange when you can't remove this content then...
