Temporarily disabling plugins and key shortcuts

I noticed, that PLSD forgets key combinations assigned to various Plugins' commands after I run it at least once with plugins disabled.

Why to disable plugins? Well, to check whether plugins induce the observed bugs.

I wonder, is this by design.
