1. Edit Table
2. Select 'Recreate Table'
3. Rearrange columns by dragging and dropping without changing anything else.
Apply button does not enable.
Looks like PLD does not capture this as a change.
However, change a column name by adding a character and then removing it.
You can now apply the changes done in #3 above.
