Whenever I paste some rows from a result set in pl/sql developer or plyxon, to Teams (or anything really), I only get text-lines with TAB between the values.
For some use-cases, plaintext with TABs is fine, but it is awkward when I work with Teams, Outlook etc.
I think that when you paste something in windows, you can provide copies in multiple formats.
I think it would be useful if you added an html version (with headings)
