If a Beautify rules file could be assigned to each option in the "Automatically Beautify" section (After Creating, After Loading etc.) then users could view code in their preferred style but compile and save code into a global group style. This would improve Diffs and solve many arguments.
Suggestion: A Beautifier rules file for each auto-beautify option
