Strange behaviour in conjunction with Textpad

I've just encountered a strange behaviour with PL/SQL Developer in conjunction with Textpad (www.textpad.com).

Scenario:
* PL/SQL Developer open (and connected), Textpad closed.
* Open a file from explorer using Textpads context menu entry.
* The explorer/shell hangs until you close PL/SQL Developer. After that the 'open textpad' action is finished and the explorer/shell is fine again.
* Using Textpads SendTo menu doesn't show that behaviour.

Upgrading to the current 6.0.3 release should fix this. The problem is related to PL/SQL Developer's "News & Updates" settings in combination with specific firewall settings.

After installing 6.0.3 the issue seems to be fixed.
