Stored Procedures not showing up

I am logged into our PROD database and when I open the PACKAGE, PROCEDURE, FUNCTION I do not see anything.
I am able to see these objects from DBA_OBJECTS, but they do not show up in the navigation bar

Perhaps you need to enable the "Use DBA views if available" option (Preferences > Oracle > Options)?

This problem was not happening in DEV, only QA and PROD. I enabled the DBA views in the preferences and the problem got fixed in QA and PROD. Wonder why DEV worked?

I have an open issue with the PL/SQL Debugger I was hoping you could assist with

I have the same issue. PL/SQL Dev version 13 worked fine but in version 15 in the PROD database I cannot see code. It works in non-prod. I already have the "Use DBA views if available" ticked. I have tried unticking, applying, re-ticking and applying but it still does not work.

I got it working by restarting the entire PL/SQL Developer.
