Just a minor issue of one of my users with version 1365 and windows2000...
After crashing PL/SQL-Developer and following restart all crashed (and saved) windows will be open again from recovery-file (good).
But the top sql-window has now a number instead of Name in sql-window header (header got lost). By clicking another recovered sql-window of the session the number of (ex)-top sql-window changes back from number to the correct name in header.
