SQL Inserts of Selected Data

Hi All,

I am using PL/SQL Developer Version 5.1.6.747 ..

Please let me know how can I export query results as SQL Inserts ??

This is not possible in 5.1.6. You would have to upgrade to the current version, which can export query results as a SQL file (with inserts).
