SQL executer can't get the right place of sql statement when in Chinese.

EXP:
select *
from dual;

select DUMMY englist_name
from dual;

select DUMMY 中文名字
from dual;

select DUMMY 中文名字
from dual;

the chinese charactors are two bytes. It is may be the cause.

The above problems appear in Version 12.0.7.
But it is fine in Version 11.0.6
