spool from SQL-Window

Hi!

Is there anyway to create a spool file from an SQL-window. Either a complete spool file or at least a file containing the output listed in the OUTPUT-tab.

I know i can save the output-tab by an pressing ctrl+s (or choose file-->save), but what i'm asking for is for this to happen automatically.
