Split editing: code assistant pop-up is truncated at bottom half of split window

When using program window in split editing mode, the code completion pop-up is truncated at the bottom, when the cursor is located near the bottom of the lower window. It seems that the code assistant pop-up is anchored at the top left corner to the line where code assistant is activated, and if line is near the bottom of the lower split window, the code assistant pop-up is truncated. Sometimes no at all are visible in the code assistant pop-up.

I believe this was also a problem in version 8. I am using version 9.0.1.1620

This is indeed the same as in 8.0. We'll try to enhance this.
