SP2-0027 with export sql insert

Hello all

[I am still using 4.0.3 version]
I do an export data (sql inserts) of a table
containing a large character (varchar2(4000)) column.
When I execute the script in SQLPlus I got the
error
SP2-0027 input is too long
I can't find a way to enlarge the line width in sql/plus.
Is it possible to configure export to
force more shorter line breaks?

There is no option for this.

Have you tried the SQL*Plus command "set linesize 32000"?

Yes, but it is not useful.
Linesize is only for output purpose...
