Small visual bug: column marking does not move with lines in split window editing

I have a splitted program window where the focus lines are the same in both windows. I make column marking in the top window. When I insert new lines in the bottom window above the lines I have marked in the upper window, the column marking does not move with the previously marked lines, but physically stays in the same place on the screen.
