When the "cursor" is in the browser window, the user can use the arrow keys to navigate. When the user shifts to another program and back to PLD, the "cursor" is no longer in the browser and the user has to use the mouse to navigate back to the browser. This happens even when there are no windows open.
In general, it is a problem that the user can not navigate to/from the browser window via keyboard.
I am using version 7.1.2.1369, but I believe this has always been a problem.
