Small bug: table editor does not have the 'Do the same for all windows' option when closing PLD

I edit a table and close PLD wihout saving the changes. Now, I do not get the option to check 'Do the same for all windows' when asked to save my changes. In other window types (SQL window, test window etc.) I get the option to discard all changes for all open editors.

In fact, it seems that the missing option is common to all non-text-editor windows (i.e. job editor, sequence editor, user editor etc.)
