Shutdown when PL/SQL Developer is on

Hi,

If you attempt to log off/restart/shutdown your computer when PL/SQL Developer is on, and there is windows that would need to be saved,
Windows will tell you that "a Program is preventing the computer to shutdown"...
Press Cancel, PL/SQL Developer do ask you if you want to save or not each windows that need it.

Press No not to save...
but nothing happen. Window is not closed, PL/SQL Developer is not closed.
It just do nothing.
You must close window manually, answer the Q again, let it close before you can attempt to shutdown.

Tested with 14.0.3/64 bits, I did not have to restart (yet) since I got 14.0.4.

This does indeed not seem to work as expected. We'll fix it.
