Should the upper case button work on parameters in the TEST window?

I was executing a TEST script today and it kept failing because the parameter entry I was making was in lower case. I know there are several ways to correct this on my end such as type the parameter in UPPER CASE, or convert it to upper case inside the program using the UPPER() function, but I want the lazy mans solution. Can I press the UPPERCASE button and have it change the case in the TEST window?
