Shortcut key for toggle between autosuggest list items.

When you press dot '.' after package names etc.. we know that a drop down list appears with various suggestions. Isn't it possible to toggle between suggestion by pressing tab key just like in Visual Studio or similar applications?
I'm using 10 fingers and it is not ideal to do that with arrow keys or mouse.
