Shift-Insert/Shift-Delete does not work in Large Data Editor

When I use the Large Data Editor to edit table data, the standard Windows keys Shift-Delete (Cut) and Shift-Insert (Paste) do not work. Ctrl-X, Ctrl-V etc. work as they should.

The Shift-Delete/Insert keys work in the rest of PL/SQL Developer.
