I guess that this row in the oralce.pas SetTransaction procedure contains the misprint:

tmSerializable: s := 'ISLOATION LEVEL SERIALIZABLE';

Indeed "isolation" is spelled as "isloation" in the case of serializable transaction.

Oops, you're right. I guess nobody ever uses this isolation level, because you are the first to report it...
