Setting privilages on a package body

I am trying to use this in place of T..(the other guy), and will continue to considering I have purchased PL/SQL Developer.

But the document written for my procedure is written using T..(the other guy), and I cannot seem to find what I need within PL/SQL Developer.

I compiled an API, APY for my system called DPF_SALESXREF successfully.

The notes then say:

This is not a standard function. Maybe the key icon was a custom toolbar button assigned to a user-defined tool (Tools > Configure Tools)? You will probably have to contact the original author.
