Semicolon appends at the end of the View text

In last release of Developer (8.0.4) appeared annoying feature: when I open text of DB View, the semicolon symbol (forcibly append to it.
All texts of Views of some project are storing in VSS, and this feature cause unnecessary version differences...
Why was this feature added, and how can I turn it off?

In 8.0 you also get the view column comments. Therefore the different SQL statements (create or replace view, comment on column) have to be separated by a semi-colon.
