see dates in seconds during debug

Hi ,

I am using ver 7 of the Oracle Developer , whenever , i used the test bebug , i am unable to see the date in hours & seconds for a date datatype that i am trying to trace.

Please advise as currently , i am inserting the date & time of the variable into a table in order to see the hours & seconds
