Saving Desktop Layout

I want to be able to start pl/sql Developer with a layout that includes:

- Empty Sql Window
- Sessions Window
- A pair of plot windows

Is this possible ?

You can try with the Startup Options plugin

You can use the Window->Save layout option.
You can check the User Interface->Options->Autosave desktop option.
