Runtime packages

I've noted the doa packege is a design-time only package.
I need to deploy my application (that uses dinamically loaded packages) with runtime packages ?
Is there a way to do this ? Is it safe to have two copies of doa linked to the executable and the package ?

Btw. i don't understand why there is not a runtime package...

I agree with Sergio, a DOA runtime package would be welcome in any scenario requiring runtime packages.

We have corresponded with Marco Kalter on this issue and he promissed to fix this a very very long time ago. However, this issue has been on his to-do list for more than 4 years now! We have given up hope (which is a shame).
