Running SQL Statements without the need of highlighting

Does anyone know of a Prefrence or some type of setting change which can help out with not having to highlight the entire SQL statement in order for it to execute (kind of like what TOAD does by recognizing where your pointer is)?

Try Tools->Window Types->SQL Window->Auto Select statement.
