Hi.

A new version of the rrProject plug-in is available for download: rrProject Plug-In V1.2.0.

The rrProject Plug-In is a freeware toolset aimed to increase productivity of PL/SQL Developer users.

Major changes in V1.2.0:
  • Wizard: IDE Enhancements: Added Window List Highlight Tool.
  • Wizard: Connections Tools: Added Advanced Window Indicator Tool (V9.X and above).
  • Wizard: IDE Enhancements: Window autocreation Tool: Added support Window List.
  • Wizard: Objects Browser Enhancements: "What" Parameter Job Tool: Added support sole procedure.
rrProject Plug-In development suspended.

Hi!

It looks like I'm not gonna be able to use it. I've even tried disabling all of the other plugins, but whenever I install rrProject, the following happens:
1. Splash screen
2. Connect
3. Loading plugins
4. rrProject logo is displayed in bottom left of splash screen
5. Splash screen becomes completely greyed, with rrProject logo in bottom left
6. Program hangs for about 3 minutes (!!!)
7. PLSD loads.

I've also disabled the code assistant related functions within rrProject, trying to remove the database/performance dependent tools, but it didn't help.
Another thing: my "PlugIns" menu is now greyed-out. I can't access the sub-menus that were there for other plugins.

If there is a next version, I'm gonna try it.

Regards,
Gustavo

Hi.

The current version of rrProject Plug-In is V1.2.2.

What version of Windows and PLSD are you using? Send me the debug.txt file.

Please run the program without a connection to the database. The problem remains?

Give me more information about your "PlugIns" menu.

Hi!

As I wanted the Color Window list very badly, I decided to give it another try. I disabled all functions, except for Color Window, Jump to Section and Section Select.

Now everything works fine. :)

Of course, there are some other functions that I'd like to enable. I've downloaded v1.2.2.1281. I'm running PLSD v10.0.5.1710 on 32-bit Win7 SP1.

The problem remains when I run PLSD with command-line parameter to avoid login.

My Plugins menu has been re-enabled, but I didn't notice when it happenned. I just saw it was there when I needed it again. The only entries there are for the NamedSQL plugin.

You might be interested in the number of plugins I have, though:
Active Query Builder
ColumnEdit
Comment Lines
PLSD Compare Source
CompileCurrentTab
Favorites
InitCaps
NamedSQL
PasteOptions
PLSD Doc
Reconnect
Red Gate Deployment
rrProject
User-defined Export
TNS Editor
Toggle Read-Only
Version Control Interface

During the weekend, I'll re-enable all functions and generate a debug file for you.

Thanks for your attention.

Regards,
Gustavo
