Rollback button not working!

I am using version 10.0.5.1710 on Windows 7. Commit button or F10 works however Rolback button or SHIFT+F10 does not. It does not grey out the button either.

This works fine for me. Can you go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
