Ribbon layout

I try to get used to the ribbon layout, but things gets harder and harder

The beta2 is set to ribbon layout, but when I start it, a standard window header appears, a toolbar row, and the ribbon.

In the appearance options, I set it to ribbon, it changes back to the usual ribbon layout. Toolbar in the title bar, and the ribbon.
But, when I start PL/Sql Dev. again, it shows the first layout, not the typical ribbon.

We'll check out the transparency issue. To revert to the previous look you can add the NoAero=1 to the Params.ini file in the PL/SQL Developer installation directory.

Can you let me know which Windows version you are using?

The problem is not the transparency, but the small toolbar icons on the titlebar.

I tried the noaero setting, but does not work.
the noaero line has no effect on the ribbon layout.
I chechked other parameters (nosplash) for example, and it worked, so, I'm sure, that I have found correct params.ini file .

I have found a virtual machine, which has Win10 installed.
It has no problems with the ribbon layout.

We have made some changes for beta 3. Perhaps you can check again on Windows 7 when beta 3 is available?
