Return of the Ignored Commented Semicolon

It seems that a semicolon on a commented line is not being ignored in a SQL Window. I have auto-select enabled, but it ignores the comment even if I manually select the SQL to execute. You may recall this was a problem in v7 beta1, but was resolved by beta4 (I didn't ever try beta2/3, so it might have been fixed there).

I know you guys have been working hard to make v7 all it can be, but this is really a big issue. If you can't count on a comment being treated as such....

I can't reproduce this, it all works just fine. Can you show me an example? The example from your original beta bug report was addressed, and does not produce an error.
