W Worker Member³ Jun 30, 2015 #1 Some editors like Notepad++ and Sublime let you move/swap lines up and down using Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down. This applies to the current line, or to multiple lines if some text is selected. It would be nice if PL/SQL Developer had this functionality too.
