Request: logon as read-only

I would like to have an option to logon to a user as read-only. This could be handy in a production environment, so you do not compile a package or do other things that might change the state of the database by accidentally hitting F8.

There could be a checkbox 'Read-only' when logging on, and the user list should say 'Read-only' after a connection in the history list, if this connection was defined as read-only.

I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.

Note that the Authorization feature (File > Authorization) can already accomplish this, though it may be stricter than what you need and requires more configuration. See chapter 25 in the user's guide for more details.
