Is it possible to create a report inside PLSQL Developer to produce live data in application (From Frontend) in formats like Excel, CSV, HTML.

We use Eclipse BIRT .RPTDESIGN file to get live data from report query, like this is it possible in PLSQL Developer or only External Application is the only solution?

There are no tools for this in PL/SQL Developer. You would need an external application or a PL/SQL program for this.
