Report title variables don't display

I am trying to display the database in the Report Title, but the variable @database doesn't show up in the title. In the description of the Report Title I have: User Account Privileges on &database
All that shows up is: User Account Privileges on

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

It works find for me. What is the database name you entered at the login dialog?

I wasn't filling any information in on the Options tab, I was just assuming it would use my connection information. Sometimes it worked but most the time it didn't. Now that I am filling in a specific connection on the Options tab, it works all the time.

I did not use the options tab either. When you login, you provide a database name, and this name is used.

If you have a reproducible scenario where the &database variable is not replaced, please let me know.

After I initially log into a database, open a report and run it and then click on the "log on" icon to log into a different database, the connection information in the title bar disappears. This is when the &database variable stops working.

It appears that if I include the connection information on the Options tab, then it doesn't loose this info and works all the time.

I cannot reproduce this. The title bar and &database variable remain correct.

Which Query Reporter version are you using?
