Registry Keys required to make PL\SQL Dev connect

I have a pretty old version of PL\SQL Dev, v8.0.3.1510. I have Oracle 11g R2 installed on my machine. I had everything working, I could launch it and it would connect. Then I screwed up my registry trying to get Delphi XE7 to recognize the Oracle Instant Client.
Can someone tell me exactly what registry keys/values are required for PL\SQL Dev to connect?

In PL/SQL Developer you can enter the full path to the Oracle Client Interface library (oci.dll) in the preferences through Tools > Preferences > Oracle / Connection.
