Refactoring a variable does not work correctly

Hello:

I have the following problem when using variables indicating the procedure / function name. First of all the Highlight variables doesn't work:

And "Refactoring -> Rename item" it doesn't work either.

I reported it more than 1 year ago by email, but I see that in the beta of version 15 it is still wrong. I would appreciate it if you would fix this bug.
