PL/SQL Developer version 11.0.4.1774 hung today, so I killed it with the task manager.
I love the recovery option and it has saved me several times. When I restarted the program this time, everything was recovered except the Test Manager window and I spent my afternoon setting up my tests.
It looks like the test manager window does not get recovered. Please consider doing that for an enhancement.
