Recall sql

Something was definitely wrong this morning. One of the SQLs that I was running yesterday isn't in the recall list. To be sure I removed the named sql plugin and tried again - it isn't in the ctl-e list. I then executed it again and checked ctl-e, not there.

Under what circumstances isn't a query put into the recall list? This query has some 'select stuff from tables where this is true' in the Select field list, but otherwise isn't extra-ordinary.

Is there a size limit (vague memories of asking this once before)? The query is 9k when I save it to disk.

Statements larger than 4000 bytes are indeed not stored.

I thought that I had heard that somewhere.

If it hasn't been added as an enhancement, I would like
a) for the short term, i'd like to be warned when a SQL isn't being saved due to the size limit

b) in the long term, I'd like SQLs to be saved regardless of size

i thought you said the "LBC plugin" did not have limit.
