Question to key configuration for Refactoring, how to access Sort declarations?

From the PLD 13 beta page: "Refactoring function keys have been added."

I can see a new entry: "Program Window: Refactoring - Sort decerations"
(spelling error, declarations?)

What does this do and how do I envoke it from the PLD menus? I can not find it in the context menu like the other refactor entries.

I think this function is not available. We'll check it out, and my guess is that it will be removed.
